The newly built land area is approximately 21943 square meters, the road area is 71030 square meters, the bulk cargo yard area is 36495 square meters, the general cargo yard area is 34330 square meters, the logistics and warehousing yard area is 38715 square meters, the green area is approximately 60752 square meters, the comprehensive warehouse area is 12528 square meters, the logistics and warehousing warehouse area is 12960 square meters, the office and research center area is 5000 square meters, the logistics and warehousing center (5F) area is 5000 square meters, the production workshop area is 6000 square meters, the employee living area is 10000 square meters, the recreational center area is 8000 square meters, there is one 20000 ton cold storage, and there are also organic repair rooms, machine repair sites, tool warehouses, mechanical warehouses, substations, etc. Sewage treatment plant, Hougong Building, fire water tank, pump room and other buildings. The total planned investment for this project is approximately 500 million yuan, dedicated to building the largest seafood trading center in Southeast Asia.
